A hand thrown small vessel, coated with a warm satin white glaze , blending almost seamlessly with the warm red clay body. Thrown with a rich warm high iron clay body the iron specks really shine here, speckling through the glaze. This is one of the smaller sized pieces to be included in my shop. These pots are dishwasher safe and microwave safe, although please take care nothing hits or bashes into the pots as it will cause chipping. Washing by hand is the best and safest option. I personally hand wash all my handmade pottery and have never used them in a microwave oven.
This vessel is also food safe, as it is glazed. I have imagined this piece to become an essential oil diffuser. As the lips of the bottle is not perfectly flat, there is some nice directionality to this piece as well.
Please remember this is a handmade and hand thrown piece and each piece is individual with their own variability that make each one of them very delightful indeed.
