Due to the current pandemic, COVID-19, orders may take longer than expected to reach you. Unfortunately, once I drop off the packages to my carriers, I do not have any control so please keep a keen eye on your order during this time, I will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. Currently, I am only shipping within the US because the surcharges on long haul deliveries are two to three times more expensive than they usually are and I don’t feel comfortable charging such high amounts.

Domestic orders can take up to 5-14 business days (or longer depending on the circumstances). If you would rather come and pick up your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs will be refunded accordingly if this is organized. I am currently not shipping internationally but I hope to soon.

I will always have things shipped out as quickly as possible but occasionally, due to events, timings, and number of orders, it may take a few days before parcels are shipped out. Please be patient, this is a small and young business run solely by me. Every order is made, packaged, labeled, and sent off by me. If for any reason there are delays to shipping out your item, I will be in touch. If I am out of town for extended periods of time I will update my shop description about any incoming orders and delays to be expected.

If for whatever reason your item goes missing or is delivered damaged, please get in touch with myself and the postage companies. I will try my best to help the situation but occasionally things can go so different than what we planned, in this case, please get in touch and we can arrange a refund or for another order to be sent out if I have any in stock. This happens very rarely and I deal with each instance on a case by case basis.

Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship out the wrong item. I am only human and mistakes can happen although I try my best to double check every order before I ship them out. If this happens, please get in touch and I will rectify the order.

Crackle glazed pieces will inherently stain overtime. Please be careful with your pots, wash by hand if possible and refrain from using any strongly staining foods/liquids with them. It helps to wash them quickly after use and if you can don’t leave liquid in them overnight or for long periods of time. For this same reason I wouldn’t recommend using a microwave or dish washer, I try to hand wash a majority of my handmade ceramics as it simply isn’t as durable as factory made wares. To reiterate, they can go in the dishwasher or microwave but it’s best if they aren’t. Washing handmade pots by hand is always the best option.Some pieces may appear differently from that pictured if there’s a quantity option available on that specific item. All of my pots are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item. On pots listed without a quantity option it should appear as pictured.

My online shop is usually restocked in a handful of batches from time to time and I update with very special one-offs every so often as well. I don’t follow any specific timelines and announcements for when they’ll go live can be found on my Instagram page or by signing up to my newsletter.
